Guarantee & Warranty

All the products on our website are brand new and come with a 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty against manufacturer's defects from the date of purchase. With years of experience and our strong relationships with manufacturers, we guarantee that products shown on the site as suitable for use with a particular model are 100% compatible, or we will provide a replacement or refund.

We also guarantee that after 12 months our laptop batteries will still have at least 80% of the original capacity regardless of the number of charge cycles.

Batteries loss capacity over time and this is normal, our batteries are very durable and ideal for business users as you can expect hundreds of charge cycles from the battery.

Recycling

We can have your old laptop battery recycled, the cost is $10 per battery inclusive of GST.

User guide to replacement batteries

Batteries are sent out in a discharged state. To achieve maximum performance and the best service life, simply insert the battery into your equipment and allow it to charge fully. Once it is fully charged, it is a good idea to fully discharge your battery (i.e. run your equipment using battery power until it switches off) then fully charge your battery once again.

It is possible that when you first put the new battery into your equipment it will show it is fully charged almost straight away, but it doesn't power it for very long. This does not mean the battery is faulty, simply take out and re-insert the battery, fully charge it once again and this should solve the problem.

It may take some time for certain laptops to recognise new batteries and you may have to run a calibration program that you can access through the control panel on your laptop. If in any doubt please consult your users manual for your laptop.

Make sure that you fully discharge your battery from time to time, as this will prolong the useful service life of the battery. If you are not going to use the battery for some time (perhaps a month or more), remove it from your laptop in a fully charged state and store it in a cool dry place away from sources of heat and light.

You may notice that the power ratings of many batteries are higher than the original manufacturers' batteries. This will not damage your laptop, in fact, it simply means that replacement battery in many cases last longer than original manufacturer batteries.
